Comfort Food - 01.31.2010

I’m still feeling a bit under the weather (which explains why I took a photo with my iPhone for the third day straight). I coupled my meds with some comfort food today. This is one of my favorites. It’s my Signature Grilled Sausage and Cheese Sandwich. Delicious!!!

Sidenote: I made it through the first month of this project!!!

Don’t Read??? Well, listen. - 01.27.2010

I’m not big on reading, but I love a good story. Audiobooks have allowed me to enjoy best selling titles without reading a single word. I listen to them mostly when I’m on the road. This makes driving long distances easier to bear. All of the audiobooks that I’ve listened to have been authored by David Baldacci and read by Ron McLarty-a great combo. Baldacci’s novels are almost always set around our nation’s capital and usually involve some type of conspiracy. I’m surprised none of his books have made it to the big screen. I’m currently listening to True Blue. I can’t wait to see how this one ends. You should take the time to check out audiobooks at your local library or online.
